Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700W in a heat resistant bowl) or in a pan up to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl / pan in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for approx. 10 seconds. The isomalt is now tempered and you can colour and process it as desired.
