Product detailsThe Nemco 6150-48 is a 48" overhead strip warmer ideal for buffets, banquet halls, cruise ships, and pass-through stations to store and display food items and keep them warm. The unit is best suited for keeping fried chicken, rice, pizza, and French fries at serving temperatures without them drying or getting overcooked. Its compact size makes it suitable for commercial foodservice locations with space constraints. Its lightweight aluminum extrusion housing ensures corrosion resistance and durability. The surface has an anodized finish that protects it from damage over time. The lighting on the unit is taken care by 40W incandescent shatterproof bulbs to enhance the presentation of the food items while maintaining a healthy temperature. Users can add showcase lighting to further improve the presentation of the food and increase impulse sales.This strip warmer comes with a precise "infinite" temperature control dial or standard On/Off switch for easy and safe operation. The infinite control switch features low, medium and high heat settings for precise temperature control. A reflector made of aluminized steel is installed to reflect the heating radiating from the bulb toward the food below.
