The end stop plates sit 15mm above the roller height, acting as a block to secure pallets while remaining low enough to allow pump trucks to lift pallets over the stop. For wider-pitch conveyors, the end stops can be installed without removing the end roller. A single end stop plate fits one lane only; for twin tracks, two end stops are required to secure both sides of the pallet. Additional end stops may be needed for systems with multiple lanes.
