Product detailsThe Traulsen G14314P Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet offers a great way for storing products at an optimum temperature till service time. This commercial cabinet is designed for catered events, banquet halls, restaurants and bakeries that serve large parties frequently. The Traulsen Pass Thru Cabinet features stainless steel doors and front for easy maintenance. The corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and sides prevent scratches, dents, and dirt. The two-section cabinet includes (4) full-sized, self-closing doors (2 at the front and 2 at the back) with sturdy handles. The back doors allow users to store prepared dishes and the front doors allow the food to be retrieved. The doors stay open up to 120° for easy loading and unloading of dishes. The EZ clean gaskets of these doors are easy to remove and made of Santoprene® for quick cleaning. This model is available in (3) hinge location options - right, right; left, left; and left, right. The holding cabinet includes (6) chrome-plated shelves for high volume storage. The interior lighting of this cabinet offers maximum visibility of its contents.The Traulsen G14314P Pass-Thru Cabinet operates efficiently while maintaining the temperature from 140°F to 180°F. The LED readout and microprocessor control system ensures easy regulation and maintenance of temperature.
