Product detailsThe Hatco FDWD-2X Flav-R-Fresh® Holding and Display Cabinet is suitable for cafes, pizzerias, and supermarkets to attract customers and boost impulse sales. This hot food cabinet has a compact design and uses minimum counter space, making it ideal for small commercial setups. It comes with four (4) shelves that accommodate half-size sheet pans for organization of different food items. There is an on/off switch located on top of the cabinet for simple operation. This holding and display cabinet comes with controlled and moisturized heat to keep food warm for a long time. It has an electronic control system to regulate the cabinet temperature and maintain it between 140F to 190F. The LED display monitor allows the user to keep a check on temperature.
