NORTH SPORE Italian Oyster Mushroom Liquid Culture Syringe ‘True Italian’ oyster (Pleurotus pulmonarius) is a dense oyster species that produces wavy, brown-capped mushrooms with a relatively low moisture content. They are a great farmers market species and add nice variety to mixed mushroom boxes. This strain is a popular commercial variety because it colonizes quickly and is a reliable producer. Our liquid culture syringes are ~10ml and come sealed in a plastic sleeve with a sterile 16 gauge needle and alcohol wipe.
