Install the grill rack, turn on the thermostat and wait until the indicator light comes on. When grilling food, turn it occasionally so it browns evenly. Do not place trays or aluminum foil under food. When the water in the oil tank is below the MIN mark, turn off the appliance, remove the heating element and fill the water tank. When you have finished cooking, turn the thermostat to OFF and unplug the appliance. Wait until the grill has cooled completely before washing it. Precautions Never place trays or aluminum foil under food when cooking, as this could damage the grill. Cooking time depends on the temperature and thickness of the food. When cooking thick foods, it is recommended to pierce them with a metal skewer. Before pouring the water, remove the heating element as this may damage it. Wipe the grill with a damp cloth and do not immerse the heating element in water. Do not use aggressive detergents, acids or metal sponges, as they could damage the non-stick coating.
