The bottom mounted control panel features adjustable dial controls for heating and humidity and a simple toggle to switch between heating and proofing modes. Included 5" diameter casters offer easy mobility, making this unit ideal for food transport as well as holding. This holding/proofing cabinet has a fully clear Lexan door, offering product visibility without having to open the door and reduce heat retention. The door is field reversible for added convenience. With 1440 Watts of power, this undercounter holding cabinet requires a 120V electrical connection and features a standard NEMA 5-15P plug and six foot cord.
