Returns

blog-chaussures doesn’t have any return policy , therefore all items purchased cannot and will not be returned nor exchanged .

The return shall only apply in case the package received was damaged or was sent wrong 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund , your package must be damaged or the order received is wrong.

The customer should inform blog-chaussures team within 4 hours by reaching the team via email : [email protected] or via whatsapp :+96171969469 .

Refund policy last 4 hours since you received the orders .

blog-chaussures reserves to assess whether the item is damaged or not , and if the order is sent wrong or not, and accordingly proceed with the refund .

blog-chaussures has the right to refuse a refund and is not responsible for orders placed by mistake.

If return approved blog-chaussures team will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, you will receive credits within certain amount of days , depending on the original payment method.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the package or product is damaged or order is wrong.

The shipping time should not exceed 3- 10 days since it all depends on your availability and location.

If you receive a refund the cost  of the shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
